Revival of Healing, Miracles and Deliverance

Act 5:12  And by the hands of the Apostles were Many Signs and Wonders wrought among the people; (and they were all with one accord in Solomon's porch.
Act 5:13  And of the rest durst no man join himself to them: but the people magnified them.
Act 5:14  And believers were the more added to the Lord, multitudes both of men and women.)
Act 5:15  Insomuch that they brought forth the sick into the streets, and laid them on beds and couches, that at the least the shadow of Peter passing by might overshadow some of them.
Act 5:16  There came also a multitude out of the cities round about unto Jerusalem, bringing sick folks, and them which were vexed with unclean spirits: and they were healed every one.

Act 19:11  And God wrought special miracles by the hands of Paul:
Act 19:12  So that from his body were brought unto the sick handkerchiefs or aprons, and the diseases departed from them, and the evil spirits went out of them.

 HEALING DIMENSIONS

I Cor. 12:1, 4-7 amp.
Now about the spiritual gifts (the special endowments of supernatural energy), brethren, I do not want you to be misinformed. Now there are distinctive varieties and distributions of endowments (gifts, extraordinary powers distinguishing certain Christians, due to the power of divine grace operating in their lives by the Holy Spirit) and they vary, but the Holy Spirit remains the same. And there are distinctive varieties of service and ministration, but it is the same Lord (Who is served). And there are distinctive varieties of operation (of working to accomplish things), but it is the same God Who inspires and energizes them all in all. But to each one is given the manifestation of the Holy Spirit (the evidence, the spiritual illumination of the Spirit) for good and profit.

Let's explore these Four Healing Dimensions

The Word
Psa 107:20  He sent his Word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions.

Mat 8:16  When the even was come, they brought unto him many that were possessed with devils: and He cast out the spirits with his Word, and healed all that were sick:
Mat 8:17  That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Esaias the prophet, saying, Himself took our infirmities, and bare our sicknesses.

Pro 4:20  My son, attend to my Words; incline thine ear unto my sayings.
Pro 4:21  Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart.
Pro 4:22  For they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh.

Mar 16:20  And they went forth, and preached every where, the Lord working with them, and confirming the Word with Signs following. Amen.

Prayer of Faith
Jas 5:15  And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him.

Act 9:36  Now there was at Joppa a certain disciple named Tabitha, which by interpretation is called Dorcas: this woman was full of good works and alms deeds which she did.
Act 9:37  And it came to pass in those days, that she was sick, and died: whom when they had washed, they laid her in an upper chamber.
Act 9:40  But Peter put them all forth, and kneeled down, and prayed; and turning him to the body said, Tabitha, arise. And she opened her eyes: and when she saw Peter, she sat up.
Act 9:41  And he gave her his hand, and lifted her up, and when he had called the saints and widows, presented her alive.
Act 9:42  And it was known throughout all Joppa; and many believed in the Lord.

Word of Knowledge
The word of knowledge is a word of God’s knowledge for a particular season or time, for a particular person or people, for a particular purpose, for a need in a particular place.

Ways to receive words of knowledge

Hear a word- Joh 4:17  The woman answered and said, I have no husband. Jesus said unto her, Thou hast well said, I have no husband:
Joh 4:18  For thou hast had five husbands; and he whom thou now hast is not thy husband: in that saidst thou truly.
Joh 4:19  The woman saith unto him, Sir, I perceive that thou art a prophet.

Mat 17:27  Notwithstanding, lest we should offend them, go thou to the sea, and cast an hook, and take up the fish that first cometh up; and when thou hast opened his mouth, thou shalt find a piece of money: that take, and give unto them for me and thee.

See a word- Joh 1:48  Nathanael saith unto him, Whence knowest thou me? Jesus answered and said unto him, Before that Philip called thee, when thou wast under the fig tree, I saw thee.

Sense or Feel a word-Heb 4:15  For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.

Dream a word- Mat 1:20  But while he thought on these things, behold, the angel of the Lord appeared unto him in a dream, saying, Joseph, thou son of David, fear not to take unto thee Mary thy wife: for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Ghost.

Healing Anointing
The Healing anointing is when healing is in the very Atmosphere.

Luk 5:17  And it came to pass on a certain day, as he was teaching, that there were Pharisees and doctors of the law sitting by, which were come out of every town of Galilee, and Judea, and Jerusalem: and the power of the Lord was present to heal them.

Act 8:5  Then Philip went down to the city of Samaria, and preached Christ unto them.
Act 8:6  And the people with one accord gave heed unto those things which Philip spake, hearing and seeing the miracles which he did.
Act 8:7  For unclean spirits, crying with loud voice, came out of many that were possessed with them: and many taken with palsies, and that were lame, were healed.
Healed is ref# 2323, it means to adore God, or (specifically) to relieve (of disease): - cure, heal, Worship.
Worship creates a Healing atmosphere!

What is Prophecy?
  1. Prophecy is a word, song, music, preaching, teaching, praying, etc. that is given by the inspiration of the Holy Spirit to interpret the Father’s divine will and purpose in a given season to an individual, Church, community, nation, etc. (I Cor. 14:1, 15)
  2. It is a Holy Spirit inspired word from the Father that primarily edifies, exhorts and comforts the hearer. (I Cor. 14:3)
  3. It is a Holy Spirit inspired word from the Father that reveals the secrets, thoughts and intention of the heart of God as well as the hearts of individuals bringing them to a place of worship of the Father. (I Cor. 14:25 –Heb. 4:12)
Why is Prophecy Important?
  1. Prophecy is Important because it primarily ministers edification, exhortation and comfort to the hearer. (I Cor. 14:3)
  2. It edifies the Church. (I Cor. 14:4)
  3. Greater and more useful is he that prophecies’ than he that speaks in tongues accepts he interprets. (I Cor. 14:5 Amp.)
1Co 14:5  I would that ye all spake with tongues, but rather that ye prophesied: for greater is he that prophesies than he that speaks with tongues, except he interpret, that the church may receive edifying.

  1. It gives the mature Prophet or Prophetic Intercessor the ability to rule over kingdoms of darkness to root out, and to pull down, and to destroy, and to throw them down. It also gives the mature saint the understanding to operate in the grace to build and to plant the Kingdom of God in a particular area as a wise master builder. (I Cor. 3:10, Jer. 1:10)
Heb 5:14  But strong meat belongs to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.

  1. Prophecy is needed to help build the Church and it is one of the foundation stones of the Church.
Ezra 5:2  Then rose up Zerubbabel the son of Shealtiel, and Jeshua the son of Jozadak, and began to build the house of God which is at Jerusalem: and with them were the prophets of God helping them.
Eph 2:20-22  And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone; In whom all the building fitly framed together groweth unto an holy temple in the Lord: In whom ye also are builded together for an habitation of God through the Spirit.

Can all Christians Prophesy?
Yes. I Cor. 14:31 states that we all can prophesy and Acts 2:16-17 says,
But this is that which was spoken by the prophet Joel; And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams:

What should be my motivation to “move” in spiritual gifts?
  1. Love.    I Cor. 14:1 amp. States, “Eagerly pursue and seek to acquire this love (make it your aim, your great quest; and earnestly desire and cultivate the spiritual endowments (gifts), especially that you may prophesy (interpret the divine will and purpose in inspired preaching and teaching).
  2. To Edify the Church. (I Cor. 14:4)
Can Prophecy reveal your future, Destiny and world events?
Yes. John 16:13-14 states, Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come. He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine, and shall shew it unto you”.

Act 11:27-28  And in these days came Prophets from Jerusalem unto Antioch.
And there stood up one of them named Agabus, and signified by the Spirit that there should be great dearth (drought or famine) throughout all the world: which came to pass in the days of Claudius Caesar.

Act 21:10-11  And as we tarried there many days, there came down from Judaea a certain Prophet, named Agabus. And when he was come unto us, he took Paul's girdle, and bound his own hands and feet, and said, Thus saith the Holy Ghost, So shall the Jews at Jerusalem bind the man that owns this girdle, and shall deliver him into the hands of the Gentiles.

Should I judge or scrutinize, (examine) my prophetic words?
Yes. I Cor. 14:29 states, Let the prophets speak two or three, and let the other judge”.

What is the difference between Old and New Testament Prophets?
  1. The Primary Old Testament means of communicating Gods Divine will, purpose or direction were the Prophets. It was communicated also through the Priest, Kings, dreams, visions and Angels.
  2. In the New Testament the Primary means is the Bible (word of God) and the indwelling Holy Spirit. Secondary means are Five-Fold Ministry Gifts, Prophecy, Visions, Dreams, Signs, etc.
What are the Three Levels of the Prophetic?
1.      Spirit of Prophecy. The Spirit of Prophecy is an end-time outpouring upon all flesh. When the Spirit of Prophecy is Present all may prophecy. (Acts 2:17)
2.      Gift of Prophecy. Spoken of in I Cor. 12:10, the gift of Prophecy can be stirred up at will. I Cor. 14:38 states, And the spirits of the prophets are subject to the prophets”. 2Tim. 1:6-7 states, “Wherefore I put thee in remembrance that thou stir up the gift of God, which is in thee by the putting on of my hands. For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind”.
3.      Office of the Prophet. The Prophet is not foundational but part of the very foundation of the Church which is the people of God. When the Foundation Gifts are in place and correctly aligned with Jesus the Chief cornerstone then the whole House will be fitly framed together to produce growth. (Ephesians 2:19-21, I Cor. 12:28)

The Office of the Prophet is recognized as being the second most important anointing in the Church. It does not make the person of the Prophet or any other ministry gift better than anyone else, but it does give the person appointed to that office a great responsibility. I Cor. 12:28 states, “And God hath set some in the church, first apostles, secondarily Prophets, thirdly teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, diversities of tongues.

                                                Prophetic Mandate Pt. 2

Eph 4:8-13  Wherefore he saith, When he ascended up on high, he led captivity captive, and gave gifts unto men.
    And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;
For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:
Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ:

When Jesus ascended to heaven He left us His mantle for the Church as Elijah when he ascended to heaven in the chariot of fire dropped his mantle and was recovered by Elisha. Jesus in His infinite wisdom “tore” His mantle into many pieces. The five most dominate pieces or gifts of Jesus mantle are the anointing of apostle, prophet, evangelist, pastor and teacher. There are others such as gifts of healing, working of miracles, mercy, giving, hospitality, etc. (I Cor. 12:8-10, Rms. 12:6-8). One cannot be totally successful in the plan of God without the other, that there be no schism in the body (I Cor. 12:14-27).  The five dominate gifts know how to employ the other gifts for the work of the ministry.  They employ them first in their ministries and then cultivating and developing them in the saints.

The apostolic and prophetic gifting are not foundational but the very foundation of the Church, Jesus Himself being the Chief Cornerstone (Ephesians 2:19-21).  They provide clarity, direction, proper structure and frame work, etc., for the building of the Kingdom in any given church or territory. These two along with the teaching gift make up the governmental arm of the Church (I Cor. 12:28).

Did you notice that it takes all of the five dominate gifts to perfect or completely furnish the saints for the work of the ministry, vv. 11-12. The word perfecting in v. 12 of Ephesians 4 is strong’s reference #2677 and it means completely furnish. When these gifts are functioning as one, we are brought into the unity of the faith and in the knowledge of Jesus unto a perfect or mature man. So, in order for the body of Christ to become a well equipped army, to be a force to be reckoned with in destroying the works of darkness and advancing the Kingdom of God, we must consider the gifts to be a Mandate from the Captain of the Host.

Whether you are a business person, janitor, minister, or government official you need the gifts of the Spirit operating in your life to fulfill your God given assignment. We cannot fully advance the Kingdom without them.

1Co 4:20  For the kingdom of God is not in word, but in power.

1Co 2:1  And I, brethren, when I came to you, came not with excellency of speech or of wisdom, declaring unto you the testimony of God.
1Co 2:2  For I determined not to know any thing among you, save Jesus Christ, and him crucified.
1Co 2:3  And I was with you in weakness, and in fear, and in much trembling.
1Co 2:4  And my speech and my preaching was not with enticing words of man's wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power:
1Co 2:5  That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God.

Beloved, "these signs follow them that believe."

God’s Prophetic Mandate

I have, and I’m sure others have too, been given a mandate from God to Alert, Train and Activate Prophets and Intercessors to take up the Mantle of Watchman. And this God given Mandate or Thrust is at the Foundation and is the primary reason that the Lord has launched World Outreach Healing and Deliverance Ministries in this Season. Prophets in the Word of God always ministered to the Poor as well and that Mandate is also upon this Ministry. But I’m addressing the Ministry of the Prophets and Intercessors in this letter.

Many of us in recent months have read through Charisma and other news sources of the murders that have been committed inside the four walls of some Churches. This is not to condemn any church but to Awaken Prophets and Intercessors to the fact that they have been called as Watchmen on the Wall by God in their sphere of influence especially the Household of Faith.

Over 22 years ago I was saved in a Prophetic Church, that is, one that believes and has in demonstration the ministry of the prophets and prophetic intercession. So, operating in the Supernatural has become natural to me. However, the desire the Lord gave me is to see not only myself and family operating in the Supernatural, but the Whole Body of Christ operating in the Supernatural as well. Thus the Lord birth Gathering of the Eagles (The School of Prophets and Prophetic Intercessors), that’s what He told me to name it. In every School this Prophetic Mandate is the Foundation of everything we do. The School of Healing and Deliverance is also an Apostolic and Prophetic function that every believer is mandated by God to walk in. Also the School of Prophetic Prayer Evangelism is another mandate.

God is Equipping the Body of Christ for the Work of the Ministry. When He is done we will live and walk in the Power that Jesus lived and walked in. Remember He is our Primary example.

If you consider this to be a worthwhile cause Please consider Sowing into this ministry financially and with your prayers to help this God-Given Mandate to move forward. You may give Securely through PayPal by  clicking on the donation tab. And as you give name your seed and watch God do Exceedingly, Abundantly, Above, what you can ask or think! Thank you.

The Power of the Seed

There is one more passage of scripture I want to present before we get into the details of prayer evangelism.  I just want to lay some foundations here.  In Matt 13 starting with verse 24 it reads, “Another parable put He forth unto them saying the Kingdom of Heaven is liken unto a man which sowed good seed in his field but while men slept his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat and went his way. But when the blade was sprung up, and brought forth fruit, then appeared the tares also.  So the servants of the household came and said unto him, Sir did not thou sow good seed in thy field?  From whence hath it tares?
I believe that every community has a redemptive value that God has put there.  I don’t believe that the residents of our communities are haphazardly there. I don’t think that the residents of the major cities in America are haphazardly there.  But I believe that God in His divine wisdom set a redemptive gift in every community. I’m not talking about a color thing, I talking about the gifts now, the redemptive gifts.  We must find what the redemptive gifts of our targeted community are and pray God’s Word accordingly.  So in other words, God sowed good seed there, but the enemy, while men slept, while the church slept, came in and sowed tares.  Now you got the riots, now you got the bloodshed, now you got no regard for human life.  Now you got a lot of things going on because men slept.  Now I am a member of the church so I’m not downing the church, but the church was asleep.  The church did not know their authority.  The church came into a building and said that was church.  Then we went out of the building and got into our cars. We drove home not having to step outside, the garage being connected to our house, and walked up into our home and said we had church.  The true church is what we are describing here, Ekklesia.  It’s not a building.  They are the called out ones, but what were they being called out to? They were being called out to govern; they were being called out to legislate.  And that’s what we do. Let’s pick up at Matt 13:27 again and it says, “So the servants of the household came and said unto him, Sir did not thou sow good seed in thy field?”  (Did not thou sow good seed in our city, in our community? Did you not sow good seed?)  “From whence did hath it tares?  He said unto them, an enemy hath done this.
The interpretation of the parable in begins in verse 36, “Then Jesus sent the multitude away and went into the house and his disciples came unto him saying declare unto us the parable of the tares of the field.  He answered and said unto them, he that soweth the good seed is the Son of Man, the field is the world,” the field is the world.  It’s your community, it’s your city, and it’s your state. It’s in the world.  It’s not in a building, it’s in the world.  How many of you know that God so loved the world, the people in it, that He gave His only begotten Son?  We are reclaiming back this world.  We are reclaiming back every thing the enemy has perverted.  Behold there’s a new heaven and new earth; we are transforming our cities with the power of God.
Let’s keep reading, “He answered and said unto them, he that soweth the good seed is the Son of Man, the field is the world, and the good seed are the children of the Kingdom.”  Notice that this seed is our lives, we are seeds to be sown in this world.  “Except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die it stands alone, but if it die it brings forth much fruit.”(John 12:24)  We are seeds to be sown into the world, into our city.  We ought to lay down our lives for our communities.  Why? Our destinies are connected with God’s vision and destiny for our communities.  We’re not here to do our own thing; we’re here because God sent us here to be repairers of the breach and restorers of paths to dwell in.

Watchmen Anointing

The second thing He told Adam to do was to keep the garden.  The word keep in Gen 2:15 is strong’s ref. 8104, it means to hedge about as with thorns, it means to guard, it means to protect, it means to observe, to preserve, it means to save, it means to be a watchman.  I think both dressing and keeping are very important because I’ve done researches on revival.  You know people would pray and God would pour out His Spirit and we will see a renewal.  You will begin to see some changes.  You will start to see some refreshing.  You will start to see God move in certain areas.  But what happens is because we don't have the watchmen in place, to guard it, to preserve what God is doing, to keep what God is doing through prayer, the enemy comes right back in.

Isaiah 62:6-7 talks about the principle of the watchman and why we need them.

“I have set watchmen on thy walls Oh Jerusalem which shall never hold their peace day nor night ye that make mention of the Lord keep not silent and give Him no rest until He establish and until He make Jerusalem a praise in the earth.”

So here we are talking about the watchman and it says give Him no rest until He establish and until He make Jerusalem a praise in the earth.  I have learned from praying for certain situations, there are so many scriptures you can pray over a situation and I'm surprise as to how many scriptures are coming up in my spirit. Why?  Because when you are praying, if you allow God to cause you to focus on a situation, to set you on the wall of your community to preserve it and to save it, the Holy Spirit will bring scriptures back to your remembrance (John 14:26).  You know what will happen is as you begin to pray, what you are doing is building the wall, brick by brick.  You are building in the realm of the spirit.  So let God keep giving you scriptures.  When He gives you scriptures, pray them. You may say, well I'm tired of praying, isn't this assignment over yet.  No.  Keep praying until you get a release from God.  You are building a wall in the spirit.  You see the devil knows that.  He knows that you are building in the spirit.  He just wants you to hit it and quit it and go about your business so he can finish doing his thing.  No, no.  You are building a wall that he can't penetrate.  See the devil is slick. You know an actual snake only needs a little opening and he will flatten his body and go right through it.  God likened the devil unto a serpent.  So you have to build a wall in the spirit.  You have to build a wall of prayer.  You have to build a wall of the Word of God in the spirit.  And so that’s what God wants you to do in your city and community.  The walls of our cities have been torn down.  And this time we are not rebuilding them just with brick and mortar, we are building them in the realm of the spirit.  And then the ones with brick and mortar they are going to come in to begin to restore the natural buildings.  But they better hope that  watchmen are trained to watch over it so it won't be for naught.  So you just won't be throwing money in bags with holes in it.  The watchman will preserve it, keep, and watch over it.  That’s the watchman’s assignment.  We are builders.  God said upon this rock I’m building my church.  God is building something.  And it’s going take consistent prayer to get the job done.

The importance of Prophecy

Rom 12:6 tells us how Love ties in with the prophetic anointing, “Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, whether prophecy let us prophesy according to the proportion of our faith.”  So we prophesy according to the proportion of our faith, and in Gal 5:6 it says, “for in Christ Jesus neither circumcision availeth anything nor uncircumcision but faith which worketh by Love.  Faith works by Love and we prophesy according to the proportion of our faith.  We know that faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the word of God.  And so when we are talking about hearing from God, I’m talking about hearing His voice and not our own or our favorite televangelist. Hearing the voice of God starts off with Love and Love activates our faith and faith gets you into the presence of God.  And so faith worketh by love and we prophesy according to the proportion of our faith.  And of course faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the word of God. So, the more of God’s Word you have in you, by faith, walking in Love, it is to that degree you can hear God’s voice.

Prophecy employs a combination of gifts.  These gifts are words of wisdom, words of knowledge, discerning of spirits, faith and prophecy.  These are found in 1 Cor 12.

I Cor. 14:1 in the amplified states, “Eagerly pursue and seek to acquire this Love, make it your aim, your great quest.  And earnestly desire and cultivate the spiritual endowments or gifts especially that you may prophesy, interpret the divine will and purpose in inspired preaching and teaching.” First of all I am trying to give you another dimension to your prayer.  I’m trying to give you another dimension to the spiritual realm that we need, that God has given us and told us to earnestly desire and not only that, but to cultivate.  If God said it, it was for a reason.  We need it.  God is a Spirit and if we don’t cultivate these gifts we are going to walk in the natural and call it God.  You might get some of the stuff right, there’s a 50/50 chance or less, but I don’t like those odds.  I like to hear from God every day.

I Cor. 14:24-25 (amp.) states, “But if all prophesy, given inspired testimony and interpreting the divine will and purpose and an unbeliever or untaught outsider comes in, he is told of his sin and reproved and convicted and convinced by all and his defects and needs are examined, estimated, determined and he is called to account by all, the secrets of his heart are laid bear and so falling on his face he will worship God declaring that God is among you of a truth.”  Notice that when you prophesy, when you hear the voice of God, God is relaying unto you His divine will and purpose.  So that’s what we need to know.

You can quote the logos Word, and you can speak it over a situation and do siege warfare and the situation will change.  But the Word that God speaks, this same word, God speaks directly to you operates a little differently. Heb 4:12 in the amplified says, “For the word that God speaks is alive and full of power, making it active, operative, energizing, effective, it is sharper than any two-edged sword penetrating to the dividing line of the breathe of life and soul and the immortal spirit and of the joints and marrow of the deepest part of our nature exposing, sifting, analyzing and judging the very thoughts and purposes of the heart.”  That right now word that God speaks, that’s a rhema word.  You need to get that rhema word.  The Spirit of God makes the Word alive and active.

Let the prophets speak two or three and let the other judge.” (1 Cor 14:29)
